Hey, great question! Fabric pots can be reused, you just want to think about how you'll wash em ahead of time to prevent any headaches. I toss em into the washer with some hydrogen peroxide and run it on a low cycle. You can use a small amount of detergent, I just wouldn't wash em with any clothes. After you wash the pots it would be wise to set your washer for a quick run (with it empty) with a little detergent to clean out the washer before you use it for your clothes. You can even hand wash them, but the washer was the quickest and easiest for me.

Would it be harmful to keep the soil in the pots for storage all winter? I do not want to waste the soil.

I previously asked what the fabric was made of and the answer I received was fabric. I need a little more elaboration on that please.

Usually this type of fabric is composed of “non-woven polypropylene.” However, I’ve also seen something very similar described as “non-woven polyethylene” (only once). The card accompanying my bags merely states “Made with Recycled Materials.”
