Q: Can this draw out heavy metals and parasites when you soak ur feet in it ?

I can tell you that this is not like BOO if you are looking for more inexpensive method. I did like it though, dreams were/are more profound and able to be remembered, which I haven't been able to do in decades, and BOO did not provide that. I did not see evidence of parasitic action through either product. Both are packed with minerals, and this builds the body up so it can begin to cleanse itself. I'm sure the effects are bio individual.

Hello Kim, Complimentary bamboo 4.3" serving spoon 1.5 grams heaping, 1 gram level, half = 500 mgs. New to using this product, start off low & slow around 100 mgs to allow your body to acclimate to the dense mineral content.
