Nice quality Intel based NIC, comes with 3 brackets. Works great on Windows 10, just download the driver from Intel’s site. Getting full 2.5G performance. Only drawback is a MAC address lookup will identify your computer as a QNAP on the network.. if you care.

I bought a few of these to replace some underperforming Realtek 8125B 2.5G NICs.The QXG-2G1T-I225 cards I received were PCB rev 1.2 and the IC is marked SLNNH, Intel's product code for "I225-LM v3" which is the current B3 stepping. The card itself appears to be a 6-layer PCB... typical high quality QNAP construction.The cards came with the low profile bracket attached, with a normal profile bracket included in the box. The box itself is oversized to protect the card during shipping and individually stickered with the serial number and MAC address of the card it ships with. Made in Taiwan.My home LAN core switch is a QNAP QSW-M2116P-2T2S (sixteen 2.5Gb PoE+ copper ports, two 10Gb PoE++ copper ports, two 10Gb fiber SFP+ cages). Although it is said that Cat5e cables will work at 2.5Gb, the spec was never designed for it. For best signal integrity I recommend using either Cat6a shielded cables or Cat8 cables.

Ich habe das heimische Netzwerk teilweise auf 2.5 GBit umgestellt, entsprechend musste auch eine bessere Anbindung meines Qnap NAS (453BE) her.Die erste gelieferte Karte war leider direkt defekt, der Austausch aber wie bei Amazon üblich schnell und problemlos. Der Einbau ging fix vonstatten, wer schon mal einen PC aufgeschraubt hat sollte damit mühelos zurechtkommen.Die Karte wurde sofort vom NAS erkannt, die Leistung passt.Eine Kleinigkeit gibt es trotzdem zu bemängeln, was aber nicht an der Karte sondern am QNAP-OS liegt: das System erkennt die Karte, wirft aber nun ständig Warnmeldungen aus da keines der beiden anderen Netzwerkinterface mehr verbunden ist.Hier hätte ich erwartet, dass das Betriebssystem so schlau ist zu erkennen, dass eine weitere Karte nun ihren Dienst tut und deswegen die Warnmeldungen Unfug sind.

il chipset intel si occupa del peso dei trasferimenti, velocità massima anche su cpu i74770k del 2013. collegando la scheda di rete integrata da 1gbit e questa QNAP da 2.5 sono riuscito ad ottenere velocità supersoniche
