I have POTS and I use these generously during the warmer summer months in addition to other salt supplements. I LOVE how these taste. They don't have a salty taste at all. I call them my "rescue" salt for when I'm feeling extra symptomatic because 2 tablets of these work like a charm. I honestly wish I could eat more of them because they are delicious

I hit these on repeat. Quick way for myself and kids to get electrolytes in the summer humidity. Tastes like a sweet tart. Can keep in car or athletic bag easily too.

These work great during my runs! I take 2 every 30 minutes and they prevent me from cramping up! Highy reccomend these!

Works great when running vs taking a sports drink and having a bunch of water sloshing around. Only downside is that it's more expensive than just drinking the electrolytes, but the simplicity of this is why I use it the majority of the time as opposed to a drink. Tastes good and easy to chew, even while running.

These are amazing for my half marathon training. I'm able to throw them in my belt or vest and they keep me energized and replace those lost electrolytes during these hot summer runs.

Works very well. I’ve had muscle cramps after golf and this has eliminated the cramps.
