BEST Soup for a Cold Day!
I've ALWAYS loved this delicious Lipton Cup-o-Soup since I was a child. It's a comfort food that has been eaten by my family for many years. Nothing tastes better when you're sick or even if it's just a chilly day. Easy to make and a great taste. Add saltines or oyster crackers for a heartier meal, or just sip on this great tasting soup mix. When I stopped being able to find it in my local grocery, I panicked, fearing the worst, but I've since found it here and have been stocking up!It also tastes great and adds needed flavor to Ramen Noodle Soup - a little life hack for those of us who prefer more flavor in our foods!

My favorite Lipton Cup of Soup
I love Cream of Chicken Soup made by Lipton. It makes a great Soup, dip, gravy or broth in a meal. Ad the amount of water or milk you like to mix into it to enjoy the thickness you prefer. I use it rice casseroles, with bell peppers and make a thick broth whipped up into the rice. I add other fruits (avacado is a fruit) but I love mushing it In to the soup and blend the mixture together. I don't need spices because of the mixture of veggies and fruits. Plus the soup also has spices in it. I like to make French onion cup a Soup too. Just one large packet with one cup boiling soup and my favorite white cheese covering the top of the soup. Another use of Lipton onion cup a soup is to fill my crackpot up half full with water then add a 2nd packet of the onion soups and add an uncooked roast with red potatoes and may cut up one large onion for extra taste. Why buy large packets or can of onion soups because there are less spices in the cans of soup vs the packet of the onion soups. This is my favorite sauce for roasting in my crock pot. 1 box of Lipton Cup of Soup is around $1.74 with 4 packs of soup in each box. Each pack of soup alone with just water is approx 60 calories. Best value for the money. Each box holds 240 calories of soup mix. The size of packets to the box is a low calorie blend of spices.

Quick meal only
No noodles, no chicken, extremely salty, BUT the taste is not entirely bad. Does have a bit of chicken broth flavor, and I can taste the parsley (tastes fresh). Tastes closer to chicken gravy than soup. Texture is creamy, and each packet makes 3/4 c. Not really filling. Good for when you're sick and need something liquid, warm, and easy.

I like this
The weather is cooling down as I write this review with the onset of winter approaching. What I like about this is that it's inexpensive for one thing and extremely easy to make. If you put two packets in about 6 to 8 oz. if water (figure a standard size coffee cup around the size of a little bigger than a cup at Denny's or something, somewhere, whatever.Using two packets (there's four packets in each box) using two of them in the size cup I just mentioned will yield a nice war treat as far as I'm concerned.Like that, you get a nice, almost thick, consistency. Adjust it to the way you like it from there.Following the instructions on the box using one packet per cup you get a thin, watery cup of fluid that almost resembles the taste of chicken soup that you ran out of bouillon before realizing it so you filled the cup up you put it in with water anyway just to have something in your stomach.Maybe you would like it that way. To me, it's a waste of money like that. You aren't going to feed a family of four with it and leave the table feeling completely stuffed, trust me.I prefer it the way I explained within the text of this review earlier on somewhere. Bon appetit!
