Protoco PJ-125-O Protecto Jack Handle Floor Jack with 1.25-Inch Diameter Handle Orange Knob

I have ordered a green, yellow, and now an orange colored item from Protoco. The green and yellow are similar quality and have Protoco label on the handle. The orange, however, is considerably less quality. The handle is very flimsy compared to the other two colors. It also doesn't have the Protoco label on it. The color coating is not uniform and certainly feels like it shouldn't have passed quality control. I contacted Protoco and haven't heard from them to hopefully make this right. I must reiterate that the green and yellow colored handles are very good quality and would hope that the orange one would also have been. But it isn't. Unfortunately, I didn't open the package until the return window for Amazon had closed. So, I couldn't return it. That is my mishap. But I feel the manufacturer should stand by their product and either refund me the cost, send me a replacement orange handle, or send me another colored handle that is available. If I could have selected a 0 star review, I would have. But the lowest I can choose is 1 star.

Nice ball on the end of the jack handle grip. Grip fits tight.
