Totally helps with fluctuations with my period and moods

Suprisingly good working supplement. You won't get the result in a flash, but after a month you can feel the difference. My wife uses this one for liver and digestion support, also to sooth PMS. Along with Shu Gan now she can sleep better, not perfect but it's been only 2 months of supplementation.

This "PLUS" version of this herb is new to me. I have taken it before in a tablet form not the "bead" form about 12 years ago when I was going through my first cancer/chemo treatment. I used this for depression, at it was recommended to me by my acupuncturist at the time. Years later I find my mind wondering into "random thoughts", "feeling lost" and often very "sad/emotionally" due to life circumstances that have taken place over the years. I wanted to take something to help but all of the medications that I was being prescribed where giving me nothing accept side effects that I could personally deal without. I was even spending lots of money on supplements to also help but not really finding the right one to help my the "cloud" that I had lingering over me when I'm depressed. Anyhow, I found an old bottle in my vitamin cabinet and decided to look into again, but was only able to find it in the PLUS formula. I've been taking it for about 2 months on a daily bases and have notice changes. I'm no longer feeling the heavy cloud lingering over me every day however, some days it pops up and I have to manage the emotions, but its at least a positive step in the right direction that's NOT giving me medication side effects.****I would however make sure that you order from the same supplier or dbl check your order history. For I placed another order of this product and it was shipped from someone else and I have NOT been pleased with the results. SO I have to go WAY back into my order history to find the one that I ORIGINALLY ordered it from so that I can get the better product, service and price for the product.****

I really like this product. Help me with my anxiety

This product gave me liver damage after using it for six months. The only reason I found out was because my doctor ran my annual labs and my liver enzymes were elevated to 400+, after I stopped taking this supplement, my liver repaired itself within eight months.

I will be buying again!

Love this product. Don't need to be on an anti anxiety prescription when I take these.
