Received item in good condition. Color is beautiful. Product glides on easily & stays put 4 several hours. Very gentle on eye area. No tugging on skin when applying.

I wear it on my lower waterline — it brightens my eyes, & lasts really well [use a Q-tip to ‘dry’ waterline before application for best results-! The shade is 👌🏼

So easy to apply. I don’t wear a lot of makeup… I have bleach eyes…. this liner makes my eyes pop.Love it.😊

Urban Decay 24/7 glide on eye pencil in Vice (Purple) review - really pretty color! And I like how it has a little bit of sparkle/shimmer. It glides on easily and very smoothly. Pencil can be sharpened. My issue with it is that it smudges. I have hooded eyes that can get oily. So when I wear this eyeliner, it smudges on my eyelids and on my eye bags area. Because it smudges, not sure I can 100% say it's long lasting. Color eventually lightens and it sometimes needs to be touched up, especially on the bottom lash lines. When I wear this liner, I have to clean it up throughout the day so that my eyes don't look like a mess. No, I haven't used a setting spray with it. I did not test if it's waterproof. In summary, the color is really pretty and it goes on smoothly, but I probably will not buy again because it smudges too easily and too much for me. And it's not the kind of smudge I like. 3 stars for average rating. I gave it stars for it's pretty color, creamy/soft texture, and the ease of using it.
