We've used this three times now, and we're loving it! We've done homemade pasta before, using a hand-cranked device clipped onto our counter, and a manual roller for cutting. This was a huge step up! Where it used to take two of us working together to prep and cut the dough, we can now do it without help, which really speeds it up. Love it!

When I first got mine it did not work properly. However I emailed the company directly and sent a video of what it was not doing. The company sent me a new one with no charge and I have to say this product is wonderful. I will NEVER buy store bought pasta again. I highly recommend this company. Very easy to operate and most importantly to clean. Love this pasta maker.

The pasta attachment is sturdy and heavy which is a good sign that it is well made. If anything, follow the directions, follow the directions, follow the directions! It may seem easy to use but winging it is not really the best way to go about it if you are not an experienced pasta maker. The dough that you use, and I used one that was my own recipe and one that came with the product, needs to be fed through the pasta attachment on setting one several times to make it pliable enough to use. The whole reason for me getting this attachment was for the ravioli maker. Using the dough made per the recipe in the instruction booklet, it is worth it to follow the instructions of trying out the ravioli maker without adding any filling to get the hang of it. I watched in horror as my non-instruction following husband crammed a ton of filling in the hopper and destroyed almost a full sheet of dough along with my yummy, not abundant quantity of filling. He contemplated his wrongdoing and did the next sheet with no filling....like the instructions suggested. And that is not all of the improvising and adjusting he did. Once he got the hang of the feel of the dough and how it was supposed to run through the machine he decided that the plastic hopper clip-in piece was not needed and if you started to turn the dial, the hopper makes these neat little holes where you can place the perfect amount of filling. He also sidelined the scoop that came with the pasta maker in favor using his (CLEAN) hands on the filling. It was shredded chicken with roasted garlic but I am sure ricotta cheese would not be as easy, so a spoon or, fancy that, the included scooper might work better. Took a couple of tries with not so pretty, yet passable, ravioli to be produced but by the third or fourth batch they were beautiful. First note: Using the recipe for the dough provided, when the dough gets on the dry side and the ends shred when putting it through the pasta maker on setting 1 (knead) add a little water to your hands or on the dough to make it more workable. Second note: Putting the dough through the pasta maker on setting 1 SEVERAL times is an absolute must to have perfect, non shredding dough. We are glad we bought this product and would recommend it to all instruction reading people. Remember to read the instructions on clean up. It is easier to let the attachment sit and the residual dough to dry to make it easier all around.

For the price it's worth it as the kitchenaid cutter is about 195 dollars the only thing is there are no numbers to see when thinning out the pasta but so far so good. I just hope it lasts.

This pasta attachment arrived on time and in good condition. This attachment makes it so easy to make delicious pasta. I would recommend it.

I absolutely love it. Hook it up to my mixer. Then make any stuffing that I want . Top it seal the edges and cook.

An excellent pasta maker! I really like that I don’t have to switch it out between flattening and cutting thanks to the three-in-one design. Makes my whole process go smoothly and quickly. It is quite heavy duty and does the job very well. Highly recommend.

This item did NOT line up properly with our Kitchen Aid which caused to fall off while using. The pin hile that the pasta roller had did not line up with the locking screw pin. Had to return it.
