I’ve never used it
I did not buy it for its intended purpose. Was not expecting much from it, I had some ideas on what I might be able to do with it as more of a concealed defensive measure. That being said, I have not tried it out for it’s intended purpose. It’s on my keychain as an EDC and maybe if I get something truly lodged in my teeth I might consider it but it’s a little scary if I’m being honest. It’s crazy sharp and made from titanium 😅 I recommend being extremely aware of your surroundings before putting it anywhere near your mouth; if someone were to bump into you or you were walking etc.. The packaging was nice, the mechanism for extending it has two positions Fully extended it feels a little less sturdy/stable but I have zero complaints with this purchase

Still unsure about toothpicks that are not wooden
I have it, I've used it, it's in my pocket. Disclaimer, I believe toothpicks should be wood and those are the ones I have had the most success with. That being said, this thing will definitely get in to the nooks and crannies of your dental area, It has a very fine tapered pick that is very sharp, gums beware. I haven't poked mine yet, can tell it's only a matter of time. As for other reviews I have seen, yes, if you had quick access to it in any situation, it could be used as a self defense device. Just being honest!

Very Handy

There are not 2 spears in the package
Product is fine but when purchasing it says “ 2 Spears” and when it arrives there is only 1. I believe it’s false marketing. !!!

It's very flimsy. The pick itself is loose and sloppy. Easily bendable.Not worth $18

Paid for two, got one
I payed for two but only received one. And it is totally impossible to get ahold the seller. So while it's a nice item, they ripped me off.

strong toothpick
It is exactly what I wanted. It is very sharp so be careful. It is a little short in my hand when I go to open it one handed but I knew it was going to be that way when I bought it. I plan to put it on either a keyring or some paracord, still trying to decide. Used it at Thanks giving dinner at the fruit and cheese platters. I would just walk by with my own little toothpick and get a snack and keep walking. wipe it clean and you are god to go. It is a great size. Feels very well made. when the toothpick is extended it does not feel as if it has a lot of play in it or that it will come apart. I plan to buy more for myself and other family members. feels good and works well. I would recommend.
