Q: Does this have fragrance? I can not find a list of inactive ingredients and I am allergic to fragrance.

The one I have says with picaridin. I sniff It a bit and there is no floral scent. There is a slight, pleasant smell which I think is good instead of smelling like chemicals.

Q: Does this product contain aloe?

You are better off googling Johnson and Johnson, the maker for a complete list of ingredients.

Q: Is this item an Aerosol spray or just a regular spritz bottle? We are buying got patients that cannot have access to aerosol. Thank you.

It's a spritz bottle. If you have carpal tunnel like I do, you might have to switch off hands to spray. It really works as I always get bit over the summer and since I have been using this I don't get bit anymore. : )
