Melissa & Doug Prepare & Serve Pasta Play Food Set

I love the idea behind learning how to make pasta in different forms. Still, the price is a little off-putting. I didn't mind when I bought it because it was for siblings. Am I right? Their happiness when they got such a wonderful gift was adorable, but for those looking for a cheaper gift, look elsewhere. The design made the gift easier to work with. It's a little hard to cook and understand how to cook, and this toy displayed an ease for children to comprehend and work with all, while keeping EVERYTHING fun.

My grandson (almost three) loves to pretend to cook. This set is so great because the pasta are felt--the hold their shape, can be picked up by the Velcro fork, and move more like real food than cardboard or wooden pieces. He loves to pick out what to put in the ravioli. He's also picking up some real skills like cooking in one pot and draining through the colander. This has been a fantastic addition to his little kitchen.

This was my 2.5 year olds favorite Christmas gift! She loves her play kitchen and this set really elevated it. The adorable pasta shapes, being able to stuff the ravioli with the wooden sausage, spinach, etc. was so fun. Totally recommend!

Melissa and Doug products are always awesome! The pieces for the Ravioli are so cute and I was surprised to see that had those. The set is perfect for little hands and play kitchens. I do wish the pasta boxes weren't actual cardboard because my kids are a little rough with those and they tend to get ripped but overall it's a good set.
