Crush it before placing under the tongue to dissolve faster!
While I appreciate the multiple types of B12 in this tablet, it doesn't dissolve well or fast at all. It takes a very long time to dissolve. I went around this problem by crushing it first which allows it to dissolve under the tongue very quickly.
