I've been through my fair share of phone cases, but this one stands out for all the right reasons. Its sleek design not only complements the aesthetic of my iPhone flawlessly but also provides top-notch protection without compromising on style. The material feels premium in hand, offering a reassuring grip while maintaining a slim profile that doesn't add unnecessary bulk to my device. Plus, the precise cutouts ensure easy access to all ports and buttons, which is a huge plus.However, what truly sets this product apart is the outstanding customer support I received. Despite my initial satisfaction with the cover, I encountered an unforeseen issue that required a return/replacement. I reached out to the support team, and to my delight, their team (Cressida) responded swiftly and professionally. They guided me through the return process with ease, ensuring that that resolution was given within the minimum time possible (in my case 1 working day). Their commitment to customer satisfaction was truly commendable, and it's rare to find such dedication in today's market.

It initially feels like a good case, but after 2-3 months the case gets loose and the edges are exposed. It will not protect the edges and/or the front side.Case also turns yellow which I think is common for all clear cases.

Pros:- Amazing fit- The Magsafe works perfect and the magnet is super strong, stronger than most other competing brands- Protection is great. Phone is still intact after almost 50+ drops. (I'm quite clumsy)Cons:- The borders started yellowing after a couple of months, the back was still clear- The borders also started to peel off after about 1 year.I contacted the ESR customer care and they were super nice about it. They issued me a full refund for the product. Overall, I still like the product and I'm going to buy the anti-yellowing one with the halo lock next time.
