Q: Can this device be used in the Caribbean ?

I sent it back so never used it. The description of what it could be used for was inaccurate so it was no good for me. Waste of money

Q: Can this be use for an android car radio and watch iptv/ you tibe videos without issues?

certainly I have used it in a caravan and watched I player ,prime etc and you tube .I assume android radio would work.Obviously depends on the amount of data you purchase at a time.

Q: can this device/sim be used in Egypt

Yes, you can buy several different packages for Egypt. For example: 1GB 7-day package for €7.50, or 2GB 7-Day package for €13.50.

Q: Does this device have to be plugged into a laptop or desktop to work ?

No. Had mine a good few years now so my info may be out of date. We use it in Greece, both using tablets. We just put credit on it via the Glocal website and switched it on. Hope this helps. It works very well, just like our home wifi, but not nearly as cheap.
