as good as it gets in online purchasing
it is a version of Efrin that is much more affordable - I use a canula and must have clearly open path through the nose --Presto - some issues about dependence - I have no choice

Take 2 Squirts In De Morning
2 squirts in the AM each nostril, good all day, occasionally 1 extra in the PM at peak season. Replaced multiple doses of extended release tabs. Better for me than higher dose active ingredient Afrin/Flonase which caused nose bleeds.
