This is, by far, my favorite probiotic. The presence of Organic Ashwagandha is a huge plus. I the serving size is two capsules, but I find that I only need one each night. This probiotic keeps my gut moving and feeling great. The added ashwaganda really helps with relaxation. Highly recommended!

The reason that I like this product is because it has 16 strains and is shelf stable! It's amazing that it promotes emotional well-being, relaxation, and digestive balance all in one. However, I do wish it was a bit more effective. Regardless, I would still highly recommend this product to anyone looking for a great probiotic supplement that also helps with stress management.
