Q: Does it fog up? Wearing a mask causes the one I have now to fog up.

It did not fog up, but my regular mask that I also wore did; but I found it a little difficult to see through, maybe because I wear glasses. I personally would not wear it while driving.

Q: Can you buy a replacement visors?

It comes wieh like 10 replacements. I am not sure if u can buy more.

Q: Can I wear with goggles underneath?

I haven't tried goggles, maybe if small goggles. Shield is adjustable.
