"1. Plastic can be a delicate material. Plastic packaging should be handled with care not to be exposed to high temperatures or be in direct exposure to the sun for any extended period of time. Such defects will not be covered by Captiva's warranty and any recourse shall be upon the client with the third party that is responsible for the transit or storage of the product in question. 2. Any claim for deformation or obvious damage of Captiva product by a third party carrier or entity must be made known immediately to the account representative of Captiva and the transport agent, carrier or entity. No claims will be accepted after 24 hours due to causes known to be in direct result of poor handling of product by clients, carriers or third party entities once the product ships from Captiva. Our product has 30 days warranty for functional defects and will be subject to investigation by the quality and control department at Captiva.".
