Nansii Android 7.1.2 TV Box T95Z Plus Amlogic S912 Supporting 3D and 4K Full HD /H.265 /2.4G+5G WiFi

Dear Nansii I have purchase 2 “T95Z Plus” Units from you on February 27, 2017 (and receive then on March 2, 2017). And one on them is just not responding.On the defective one the LED light stays steady Green & the Display Panel never show any activity at all (not the world “boot” neither the time, I mean… shows nothing).And please take in mind that I do have another identical Unit that is working just fine on the same exact TV that the defective Unit is not (so is not my TV or anything else causing the issue, is just that I end up receiving a defective Unit), I really know how to connect it correctly & of course the TV himself show a black screen when I plug the defective Unit (and again I’m using the proper HDMI cable, I’m selecting the correct TV input on healthy Smart TV & also using a healthy Ethernet and/or internet connection).Is there a way to easy fix this issue or do I need to ask you for a replacement?.I need that you please activate the sending of a healthy replacement unit AS SOON as I drop the defective one at UPS (the UPS database tracking system will create a tracking number the moment I dropped & you will easily see it) & SO PLEASE DON'T wait until the physical defective unit actually land in your hands, because : 1) the mere action of seeing a UPS tracking number must be enough of a proof to you that I’m truly returning the item to you & that I don't plan to keep it & 2) if you wait for the item to arrive to you it may take 4 to 5 days to do so & then another number of days for you to activate the sending of a new healthy unit to me.Please think about I don't want to wait 1 week or 15 days to get a new healthy replacement Unit (more so because my original order about this same Boxes to you guys lasted only 3 days to arrive & I want the same speedy delivery back without me paying any extra fee (I was using my Prime delivery benefits at the moment & my Prime Membership have already expired, but is not my fault that your Unit arrived defective so I don't want to pay for the speedy delivery for you, so please assume responsibility of paying yourself any expedite fee that maybe needed), Please honor a 3 day delivery & the same original price, this is a must. Kindly: Marco (Note: if you lack at the moment any new healthy units on the stock please assign my petition a top priority of the line, since I have place my order way before that any present or future buyer. And last by not less : Amazon Customer Service already provide me with have a return label, so I’m ready, Thanks.

Have two of the exact same boxes for TV's in my home. They work great. So I bought another. The one I purchased from this seller completely powers down after 5 minutes or so. Tried different outlets and power supplies from my other boxes and same result. Also, will not update google play.

This box came and every time you turn on it reverts to chinese language ...even after physically changing in settings....fixed it by turning off auto language was on in hdmi CEc settings ..change off on auto langauge ...ok box not much on it Apps

As advertised. Fast and works well. WiFi works well and i use a bluetooth mouse and keyboard to use the browser or enter info. Streams video very well.

I went from a firestick to this and I can't say enough about it. It's plug and play, especially if you have any experience with Kodi. Lots of things pre-installed including Kodi. The overall box fits in the palm of my hand, looked bigger in the picture. I've only had it 2 days so far but I'm very pleased overall.

LOVE these boxes!!! They work wonderfully and do not have issues the other "cheaper" priced models have. None of these have been DOA so far. With most other boxes about 1/3 or more are DOA. And you can never get anyone to reply to your warranty requests. I have never had any issues with these boxes though. I highly recommend them!!!

Great box with easy setup.

Worked well for few weeks and then slowly went really slow .have to hard reset every week but now i have given up on it.Total rubbish.
