Very disappointed because I ordered 2 pieces of this washing machine and I received one correctly and the other was like a toy washing machine so I had to return this washing machine but the problem is that I still have not received the refund on my card even though in my account says that the refund is already doneI am not a new customer I hope this situation has a quickly solutionThank you

I just receive a "different" product from what they advertise. Color is wrong (u sent pink instead of blue) and item you have sent doesn't allow to adjust washing time .
