After injuring my knee & my pathetic little ice pack not being up to the job, I ordered this one, I needed to ice the front & back of my knee & this does the job nicely, easy to pop on, great packaging, even comes with a protective pocket for when it's in the freezer, can also be heated too..great product 😍

I recently suffered a Meniscus Tear (knee cartilage damage) and as well as doing recommended exercises to help strengthen the muscles I strap my knee with this item, frozen, at least twice a day. It is very easy to use, the Velcro straps can be pulled quite tight to offer some compression, and it is having a really beneficial effect on my swollen knee. The jell packs are easy to remove and refit after freezing.I highly recommend this product.

Got this to help with recovery after a partial meniscectomy. It's really well made, but it's not as cold as I would ideally have liked - & "warms" pretty quickly upon use. As such it's not quite the therapeutic use I had hoped for.

Just had a knee replacement. This has been very good especially after exercises. Itmeans I don't have to sit and hold a bag of peas on my leg.Would recommend it.
