This is a very excellent rendering of this image - don't settle for cheap knockoffs. There seems to be one version where there looks to be a beginning or end thread running right through the eye area of the skull - who wants that? Not me. This one right here is the one you have been looking for and the one you want. Sew or apply with iron - I suggest sew, then if you ever need to remove it and re-sew it somewhere else you can - when you iron it on - it's there permanently. Goes really well with a Vampira Ghoul Gang patch.
