This smells almost exactly like the Westin! The diffuser is roughly 7 inches tall, so just small enough to fit under a chaise bench - I tucked mine out of sight and you can barely hear it when it’s operating, so nobody would know it was there.I also set up the timer, which was easy to do with the provided instructions. I set it to diffuse about the time I’m getting home, that way it makes it smell nice as I walk though the door.We’ll see how long it lasts…

I love the smell of a Westin hotel! This product smells exactly like the white tea scents of the Westin Resorts and Hotels, my guests are always asking why my house smells so lovely!

So I ordered this machine for my 1 bedroom apartment.An when I tell you that I am the type of person that I have always had my houses,homes, apartments big or small,smelling good.The smell hits you when you open the door.I ordered this product to reduce my cost of plug-ins,candles&oils.I just knew this was the answer.They sent the first machine an I thought this is it!!!Its going to be amazing,an the aroma would smell thoughtout my small apartment.Not the case.I didn't follow through my apartment an the smell didn't last but a few days.So I was going to return it.The company was nice enough to send me another one, no charge.I appreciated that.I plug the new one in an still its not doing nothing for this small apartment.They just don't work.I was so hopeful for this product, but no.The cartridges just doesn't work.So I thought let me order some extra oils they recommended.Still nothing.I thank the company for the machines but what the heck am I going to do with these machines that do absolutely nothing..

I have always adored the scent of the Westin Hotel line ever since I first ran across it in Huntsville, AL. It isn't that sort of cloying, overly sweet floral crap that saturates the market. I did a great deal of research on commercial scent diffusing because my sniffer is too sensitive. I wanted the Westin scent for the very first smell.As to the White Tea Scent Aromatherapy Diffuser, I am very pleased. I read a number of complaints in the reviews and all I can say is one mustn't over use the thing. There is such a thing as becoming "nose dead" to a smell. It's why smokers cannot tell how awful they smell (and I was a 2-packer myself at one time) and God knows how hard it is when someone in the office drowns himself in cologne every day.I strongly recommend this product and one will do very well to turn it on for a few hours and then turn it off and leave it for some days. You will pick pick up the scent here and there and enjoy it. It is NOT a replacement for a clean, well kept home. Your brain recognizes ALL the smells in your home (or office) and overloading on one in hopes that all the others will disappear is futile.I was surprised about the flimsiness of the diffuser itself. The cannister that goes into the machine is large but still not large enough to fit snuggly. It wobbled so much when I first set it up that I almost sent it back. Still, it didn't interfere with the process at all. Just be forewarned.

Doesn't fill the room with fragrance as I had hoped. I am on my third refill and considering not getting another. Very pricey.I think for this to really work you need the professional system that runs through the HVAC system.I hope it gets better and at a better price point!EDIT: I have decided to add star. It seems like my newest cartage is lasting a lot longer. I think if the machine were elevated it would work better. It still doesn't fill a room. But I do smile ever time I catch a whiff of that yummy fragrance.

I live in a 1918 bungalow which occasionally has bouts of OHS (Old House Syndrome) and smells damp and musty for days at a time. My husband and I stay at the Westin line of hotels often when we travel and I have always loved their welcoming signature scent upon arriving. Imagine my joy when I discovered that the same White Tea scenting system could be available to me in my sometimes fragrance-challenged home!No more smoky incense, pricey candles, oils or 'Scentsy' type melty, messy products! I just loaded the cartridge into the diffuser unit, plugged and pointed. In a couple of minutes I could have sworn that I had just walked in to a Westin lobby!I generally run the unit on the 'automatic' setting and keep the fragrance setting on low as a little goes a long way. I don't run the unit every day and never at night unless I'm having people over. The area around the unit, whether it's running or not, stays fragrant.The cord is fantastically long and allows for discreet placement in any area of my home. My main and lower levels are each about 1,400 s.f. The air circulation is different on each level. The scent travels everywhere in the lower level when I place the unit down there. On the main level I am generally more concerned with the kitchen, main hallway, my office and the living room and dining room. If I place the unit in the hallway, those areas get fragrance. The TV room and the guest bedroom are somewhat isolated and I catch only a whiff when I am in those rooms. If I do wish to address those areas, I just change the placement of the unit, 'et voila'! Fragrance!I think that I am going to purchase several more of these units. One exclusively for the lower level in my home and two more that I will place on each level of our 100-years-old cottage/custom hardwood flooring show room! I am excited to add an additional aesthetic sensory layer to that already visually charming space.And now that I'm thinking about it, I think I have the perfect wedding gift for my nephew and his bride-to-be!Next time I visit a Westin I'm going to think, "Gee, this smells like MY house!"
