these are really neat. i attached them to a set of 4" pods wired to a cigarette lighter plug with about 10ft of lead, and i've already used them mounted on the rear doors of my suv for a couple days, and now on the sides of the hood for a few days, and will probably move them to the rear hatch and roof rack sometime for camp lighting or trail lighting. i could put them on my wife's car, or put them on a stand with a bracket, or string them up and plug into a 12v power pack for portable spotlights. so many options!these hold tightly to any place i've mounted them, in any angle and orientation too. they came with shorter and longer screws to attach the pods to these mounts, and they worked great. couldnt be happier with these. great deal on a great light mount with loads of practical uses. really enjoying them so far!

Attached a couple lights to the hood and it came out perfect. Fits well and it can be adjusted in all directions.

got these to mount a LED light bar for a fog light on my 97 ford ranger. Not many places to mount low and in the front of that truck. tried a spot and was really hard to get access to the set screws. eventually decided to remove the mounting bracket and take the swivel bracket and mount it to the bolts to my license plate bolts. works just fine. anywhere else would have been no problem with using the full bracket. If you don't want to drill holes in your vehicle to mount stuff this is perfect for that and I highly recommend using this, but make sure to fully plan how you will mount it, and make sure to either put threadlock on the set screws or make sure they are tight enough to not fall out.

I used these to install "BEAMCORN Led Light Bar 4 Inch Led Pods" on my 2002 Dodge van. Not having to drill holes made installation much easier. Being fully adjustable and coming with all the tools required made it simple to adjust them just as I wanted. I highly recommend.

Not really,already starting to rust,,won't buy again

So I haven’t put a lot on it yet. I wanted to see if it will hold against vibration before I buy one.So you will need a stronger tool. They strip themselves. I’ve had these on for a good 20-23 days. Have not vibrated. Have not moved a inch. Have not left it’s position. Have a nice rubber piece between upper hood and metal. So no metal on metal. So far worth it. Every dollarUpdate: 4/7/22 held and holds to vibration. Everything practically locked down. No scratch’s on or under hood. *****/***** rating. Update will continue
