It works very well, I personally love and rely on theanine and this is good value
Good product. I have used a boatload of L Theanine, i wouldn't say this particularly stands out from any but at the end of the day, it's a substance not a formulation, it is or isn't theanine and this is. It's good value and the lemon balm is nice.

they are under dosed
its an effective product which helps me sleep but ive emptied a few out onto my scales. they all seem to be about 40mg under dosed. i have highly accurate and calibrated scales.
