Me encanta muy útil mantiene el agua muy limpia por días solo les recomiendo darles el alimento en otro envase fuera del agua donde habitan para evitar mal olores. Tiene un solo defecto y es que al caer al agua emite sonido perturbador pero si coloca algo debajo para que el agua rompa caída y no caiga directamente queda especial lo amo y mis bebés se ven muy felices

Well worth the price for a cat water fountain and filter. But same for reptiles and such.
As mentioned before I am an Engineer as well as a long time Cat Rescuer. At one time we have had 18 cats living full time in our home with us. We have also lost several to kidney disease. Two factors contribute - Dry Food (ALWAYS FEED WET as primary) and not free drinking enough. We are writing a book on 34+ years rescuing cats and painful lessons learned. Good sources of clean water they willingly drink from is a MUST.I had tried many water fountains for cats with bad results ranging from falling apart, to hard to clean/re-assemble, to virtually no filtering. I had the idea to try to repurpose fish or reptile water fountains/filters. As a lower cost alternative to the awesome, but much more expensive commercial cat filter/stream we have also. Some of our cats prefers this one and others the expensive one.All I do is have a very large (11" wide) stainless steel water bowl, a Mason Quart Jar, and velcro straps (looking for silicon rings instead) to hold the jar to the filter and stabilize both AND reduce the splatter from the waterfall. Works like a charm and low cost enough to have two...one clean and ready while the other is cleaned.Filters are easy to find, lasts long time, and low cost to maintain unit. So far we have been running two of these in two rooms for over a year (this third one is to have the cleaning rotation mentioned above)I highly recommend this one for both needs...aquatics and cats. Our cats gives a "Five Paws" review too.

my turtles love it
bought for my turtle tank . works great and my turtles love laying under waterfall. you do have to change filter every 2 weeks are it will get clogged

works well for low water level for baby turtles
I had acquired a baby snapping turtle ,, and she needed to be nursed to strength and fed and then released back to the wild. she was frozen and appeared to have been caught by a bird and just dropped in the middle of a neighborhood .. I was sure she was far away from home... it was in the 40's that day .she was so tiny but she also needed fresh clean water. sand to burrow . the water a specific temperature . and the right evening warmth and the right lighting for uva uvbI was worried because I needed fresh water ( snappers have not very un nasty poops even babies ) and I wanted her to have fresh water .. I was so grateful that this worked in just a couple inches of water . and I made the other side a beach that she could climb out of the water with a few small rocks to block the sand from slipping all the way into the water.... I would highly recommend this pump.. I recommend taking all turtles and switching them into a feeding container and not putting their food in the actual tank they live in . it will clog up the filters too fast and turtle pellets smell bad too .. once I started feeding her in a separate small tank it was much clearer and stayed that way . instead of changing out the water every other day I got to change it out less .. happy turtle ownership .. but this one is going back into the wild. I could only keep her unless I had a back yard and a pond and a place she could grow and get bigger .. they get large and they deserve to be with their own kind....

Terrible brand
Terrible, I used this for awhile and I am very unhappy with it. It stopped working several times and made me have to run to the store to buy a different brand. Do not purchase!

Great little filter
For the cost this may be the best filter I have ever purchased. This is very quiet, it is in the room with me and I cannot hear it running. It was perfect for an extra filter in my paludarium. It.is not the most esthetically pleasing filter I have ever seen but for the price it could be a lot worse. It is small enough to not be noticeable amongst the aquarium decor and has snakes crawling over it constantly with no damage and the lid remains in place. I have bought more of these and just keep them in storage for other projects in the future.
