Excellent condition, you would not know this was a "previously owned" phone. No scratches chips or dings and the packaging was flawless for keeping it that way. Powered right up and no issues with set up. Simply had to pop down to my local t-mobile store to have them transfer over my files and sim card and we were off to the races.The 9 Pro itself is solid. I had to replace my LG Velvet as LG stopped pushing updates for their phones, and the difference in battery life is immediate. A single charge takes less than 40 minutes and lasts more than 8 hours messaging over text, Discord and listening to streaming music. Connectivity to 5G is also improved which is important as I live quite rural and rely on the hotspot to connect other devices. The camera too is impressive, crystal clear and the default editing options available are intuitive and easy to tweak without blowing out the picture one way or the other. I had the option to grab the new Oneplus 11, but I decided against spending the extra $400 and I'm happy with that choice. Fingers crossed this lasts me a good few years, and I will be happy to get another phone from this seller when it comes time to upgrade again.

OxygenOS 12, which is included with this phone, is awful as of the time of writing. Fingerprint unlock is extremely buggy and causes issues with the screen brightness, and there are numerous other glitches and unpolished parts of the OS. Aside from that, though, the phone is amazing! The battery life on the one I got isn't the greatest, but it will still last me all day with moderate use. I saw some other reviews here mention shipment issues and receiving the wrong model, but I got the model I ordered (256GB) with no shipment issues whatsoever. Definitely can suggest buying this phone as long as the price is below $500.

Just received this phone (excellent quality, phone itself physically is not a problem), and upon using the phone, I see there is Enterprise Security features still on this phone and has "Sennco DPC" software installed. So, many of the deeper functions on the phone cannot be accessed without the IT password, and whomever is running that IT apparently has access to anything I put into/onto the phone and it can be remotely bricked or wiped at any time if they feel it is stolen.I believe this seller is selling stolen goods and I have reported them to Amazon and can only pray they have not stolen my digital life. Be extremely cautious about buying from Bayside Trading, and if you buy a phone from them immediately see if there are any funny programs left on this "- This pre-owned product has been professionally inspected, tested and cleaned by Amazon qualified vendors." Verified Amazon purchase. Oh, and after you raise the issue, Amazon will not do anything except send an email to the vendor, even though it's a "verified" Amazon purchase through amazon, not the Bayside Trading.

I like how the phone operates, but I really like, how new the phone looks, and works! Charging is fine in a flash with supervooc charging.

I ordered the OnePlus 9 pro for $330 in acceptable condition what I got was a OnePlus 9 pro in EXCELLENT CONDITION delivery was very fast it doesn't come with original charger or case which is fine for the price I received a beast of a phone the only complaint is battery life I'm lucky to get a full day of charge and I work most days and am not on the phone much and after an 8 hour day my phone is at 20% but I would definitely buy again like I said I got a beast of a phone at a steal

Too many changes! I have come to rely on my OnePlus 7Pro's operating system and features.There's no way to terminate a call from the screen. Swipe down to cancel is no longer available. Settings are very hard to navigate to find features. I suspect I will continue to find other rude changes. I am less than pleased with my new phone and will not be purchasing another OnePlus phone. Upgrades should be an improvement not a handicap! While the phone has some nice new features and great battery life it doesn't make it worth the money to this senior citizen.

This is not a review of OnePlus 9 pro features. It's a pretty good phone and there are plenty of reviews out there. I bought it here renewed at about half price and wanted to comment about that experience. As expected phone came in a generic box with a generic charger. Phone appeared to be absolutely new. I couldn't find a single tiny scratch anywhere. I've had it for about a week and so far I couldn't find any functional defects either. Phone was originally made for T-Mobile and comes preloaded with some of T-Mobile apps and prompts it's logo after restart. Since T-Mobile is my provider anyway, this doesn't bother me at all. Maybe for someone with at&t that may cause some irritation, but I doubt it would cause any issues functionally.
