Works as described. I used mine as a cold mask, and if felt great and fit well. No problems at all.

Very good product

This face mask does wonders for a headache or hangover. You can put it in the freezer and take it out when needed. The straps on the back can be adjusted for tightness and the mask is big enough to cover your whole face.

Following chemo treatment, my face looked and felt like it was on fire and the frozen vegetables weren't cutting it. I found this product and ordered immediately. When it arrived it had discoloration around the nose which caused me to question a potential leak. I contacted the email provided and asked if it was safe to use and questioned if I should return. I included a picture. A response came very quickly from the company's president. He apologized, and promptly went about sending me a new one. I have used this item every day since. On the plus side, its easy to use and covers most of my uncomfortable areas. The straps securely hold the mask in place so if needed you can go about your day with it on. There are a few things that I'm not thrilled with..1. the very comfy material side (which is supposed to go against your face) just doesn't provide the cold blast I was needing, so I've been using the opposite side. 2. it doesn't stay cold as long as I would like. Overall a good purchase and much needed.

This thing is SO nice! I’ve used it a couple of times with my skincare routine and it makes my skin feel great and look plump. I also get migraines and having this cold all over my entire face when I’m experiencing one is really soothing.

This product is nice in that it covers the whole face but it does not stay cool much longer than 10-15 minutes.

I love this mask and I incorporate it into my daily routine before I go to work. Thank you for this amazing product. My day doesn’t start until my face is nice and cold.

Good idea in theory. The back is soft but I wish the cold could get through a little better. The outlines for the eyes , nose and mouth, could have used some padding or at least softer plastic as it’s really rigid. The mouth opening is way too small and narrow unless you have very thin lips. Adjustable straps are good but overall just not the best fitting product. Sending it back.
