Great Gift idea for special occasion
Frame was broken. It was a gift for special occasion and ended up delivering with broken frame. And it could not be fixed in time. Seller must ensure it is packed well and taken care of delivery as the nature of the product they sell is special for occasions. Ownership in their work is necessary. Also before printing they were supposed to show on WhatsApp, but nothing like that happened and it was directly sent. If these are taken care I will give 5 stars.. nice concept but need fine tuning in biz model to make it more effective; buyers buy this for the special occasions. Seller offered to pay for glue to stick!! But it is not money. We understand whatever happened is accidental but if they take care of it moving forward to prevent such accidents, it is good.
