Q: Do you have a power supply for this robot cleaner? Because the package you sent us don't have a power supply,

Yes, it comes with a small 110-volt electric charger. Yours must be missing. E-mail customer service and I'm sure they will mail you one.

Q: What angle should my nozzle be to clean a round 27 foot pool edges?

I set one end to. 0 degrees and the other end to 10 degrees and it has been doing fine. I have a 22ft round pool.

Q: How deep will it clean?

The rope with floating handle to retrieve the vacuum is 6-7 feet but you could extend it, my pool goes to 7 1/2 feet and it cleans it fine.
