DecoBREEZE Pedestal Standing Fan, 3 Speed Oscillating Fan with Adjustable Height, Ebony, Antique Fan, 18 inches

Well made, easy to assemble. Using on 12x12 raised deck in back yard. Great job cooling. Makes some sound like all fans, but nothing that interferes with us enjoying the quiet and relaxation of our deck. Only one con - electrical plug too long to fit inside of covered outdoor enclosure. I adapted using very short all-weather extension cord and created weather safe connection.

I have brought 4 of the DecoBREEZE Pedestal Standing Fan, 3 Speed Oscillating Fan in the past 2 years. 2 of the fans have stop working, after contacting Amazon they told me to contact DecoBREEZE, as my fans where still under warranty. After contacting them they said I should send in model number and proof of purchase an they would quickly replace them. I sent in everything that they asked for and followed up several times about my 2 replacement fans, they responded once via email that they where being shipped, but I never received them and they stop responding to my emails. To say that I am disappointed is understated , I am shock of the lies that they told me and will never make another purchase for DecoBREEZE, as they do not stand by their warranties.

Great fan. A little cheap looking when assembled, but trying to find a true outdoor fan has been more difficult than I anticipated. I am unsure of the negative comments about the noise - it's an outdoor fan. I wouldn't recommend it in an enclosed area if noise is an issue. It's not really that loud, but it is high powered - but I live in the south and the heavy air flow will be appreciate in the summer. I would recommend for an outdoor patio/deck. Just hoping it holds up to the outdoor elements. I did have to use an extension cord. The plug in is a large flat "box" that does not fit in the normal outdoor outlets that have raised edges and covers on them.

Made of good material and built well. Fan blade is a little noisy, but does move air really well. Recommend if looking for a outdoor patio fan. Comes with cheap plastic cover considering this is a high quality fan. I guess they have to save some extra pennies somewhere.

Just like the other reviews I read and ignored this fan lasted less than two months before it stopped oscillating. I sent a note to the seller asking for a refund or replacement and never received a word back from them. This would be the last fan I would decide to buy and even then I wouldn't buy it!!! Buyer BEWARE!!!

Arrived safely; took about 30 minutes to assemble; fairly easy to do; it is a bit weighty so gust of wing won't topple it; I am using it as outside fan; yes, it is a bit loud even on the lowest setting but that does not bother me...

Easy to assemble and attractive enough in appearance. Fan is noisy in operation and not as powerful as I expected. Plug is much too large to fit in the outdoor electrical (building code required)box outlet, so must use with an extension cord just to accommodate the plug. Cover shipped with the fan is flimsy and does not look like it would last a month.

Bought the fan on April 4 2022, and yesterday June 23 2022 it is broken........ the Oscillating feature no longer works..........Took the fan apart and the housing that drives the oscillating rotation is all polyethylene plastic. The plastic wall became brittle with heat produced by the fan motor and cracked. This resulted in the plastic gear that drives the oscillation piston to slip in the fixture and thus the fan will no longer oscillate. The gear is Nylon and the other gears appear to be Nylon as well.Sad as this is a relatively expensive fan and everything else on the fan is high quality metal... why would the manufacturer use cheap plastic gears and plastic housing for one of the main features of this fan........ they could have cut corners in so many other areas that would not have ever effected the performance of the fan.It only has a 30 day warranty, so it is typical that a failure would occur around 80 days in.....Pros: Mostly metal construction; Heavyweight; Powerful motorCons: Motor gets very warm during use; Loud; Cheap Plastic parts inside that fail.At this price point I would expect more............
