Very Nice And Beautiful
I have been using this switch for more than 15 days now and then work like a charm. Very elegant looking and very sensitive to touch. One touch is all that is required to operate them. Easy installation (wiring) and easy configuration to get the WiFi working. However, I discovered many new things and met with different challenges when I started installing these switches. Here are some pointers based on my experience with Smart Switches and devices. If you are planning to install multiple smart switches in you home then you should consider the following -1. Switches comes with specific microprocessor and hence can be operated only by apps that are dedicated to that microprocessor. There are many standards apps for WiFi switches but most common are - Ewelink, Smart Life/Tuya, Zigbee, etc. The switch that you buy will work with any one of these app. A switch made for Evelink app will not work on Smart Life and vise versa.Make sure that all the switches that you buy can be operated by the same app. Else you will have to install multiple apps. Also if you want to create scene then it will not work if you have to break the scene across multiple apps.2. Avoid buying switches that have proprietary apps. Smart Life, Evelink, etc are free apps and will work with many different brands of devices/switches. With a proprietary apps, you get stuck with devices/switches of that brand only.3. While buying switches, you have the option of modular and non-modular switches. Modular switches are very easy to install as they fit into existing wall plates. One reason to buy non-modular switches is that they are beautiful and look elegant. But getting then on to the wall requires a little efforts/jugad. You may need a carpenter to cut out a board on which these switches can be screwed. The size of these switches does not fit most of the common boxes found in Indian home.4. If you are too conscious about the decor of your walls and switch boards then be prepared for a touch up job since fitting the non-modular switches may require some custom patch work. But it is worth the efforts when you look at the elegance that these switches bring to the walls.5. If you are using a smart regulator for your fan then the fan does make a little extra noise at slow speed. The noise is similar to when the fan runs on inverter. Not annoying but noticeable at low speed.6. If you have power back/inverter in your home then installing these switches, especially the 4,5 & 8 gang switches, may bring in some challenge. You will have to decide if all the switches (on one panel) will be on back up power supply or all of them on main power supply. You cannot split them(a panel) to have some of back up power and some on main power.7. Buy switches of a brand that provides widest range of switches (1/2/3/4/etc gang). Else you will end up with different types/color/shape/look of switches in your home. I am currently stuck with Protium brand. I want 1, 2 & 3 gang switches of a particular type to match my other switches and they are now not available.8. Electrical fitting/wiring these switches is easy and any electrician should be able to do it. They really are no different from the other standard/mechanical switches in terms of wiring.9. If you are planning for multiple switches/devices in you home then you may also have to think of the load they will put on your WiFi router. I haven't had the time to experiment with it but I would think that smaller router may get overloaded and may impact the performance fo your internet.

Poor Quality, Worst Support
The device had gone faulty after 1 month of installation. After that I tried reaching support for replacement till almost 5 months but in vain. I have scrapped that switch....... Hopeless after-sales support

Good Product but Fan feature not as expected
The product is good, easy to install. Configuration on smart home was a breeze. However, the fan function lacks in performance. It does not support fans with BLDC technology. Secondly for other fans it creates a humming sound which is very irritating. Overall a good product for lights

Works as it should
Switch works fine but there is Chinese text on the app when the switch is added to the Smart Life app. Also the seller says that the buttons are red when it is on and blue is off. But for my switch the button turns blue when it is on and there is no colour when the button is off.Edit: After sales support is very good. Would be better if they had a number to call and speak to someone instead of just whatsapp
