I don't have digestive problems that are very severe, but I have noticed the times I have taken digestive enzymes I feel more energy and have less of a 'too full' feeling as meals seem to digest more efficiently. The only formula that has given me that benefit is the DigestGold Plus (of course their most expensive one, not the regular DigestGold). In hoping to find a less expensive alternative I tried this. However, I do not notice a change in energy levels or a noticeable improvement in digestion unfortunately. It could be this formula is helpful for symptoms I don't have such as reflux or gas.

For me, these worked just like a probiotic and help keep things going, if you know what I mean. They are easy to swallow without any aftertaste. I do notice fewer issues with indigestion. The real trick is remembering to take one before a meal! These supplements are a bit pricey, but the bottle contains 135 servings, so that will last a while. For those looking for some digestive support, these might be worth a try.
