These are the best wire nuts - also O/B+ and T/Y+ are identical
I have been using these 3m wire nuts now exclusively for several years. Because of the way they internally coil, they hold wires very securely. I have become a wire nut snob and replace all other wire nuts on sight. One very confusing thing when switching to 3M was that I did not understand the difference between the O/B+ and the T/Y+ nuts. I had to order both kinds to compare them. They are flat out identical and have the same specifications of wire sizes they work on. I have to assume there is some regulatory callout somewhere for the colors that force them to make them in both color combinations.I find myself using these small ones the most often in residential wiring as they take up very little space in electrical boxes. They are rated for up to three 12 gauge conductors.

Best Wire Nuts in the Business!
3M wire nuts are the best in the business bar none! These style with the skirt on the bottom allow for bonded wires to be a touch long and it still covers the termination. The shell also expands to allow for above average capacity and guarantees a strong bond. These are the only wire nuts that I don't have to pre-bond with. I cannot say good enough things about these!

Get them.
Every wire nut has its shortcomings but this one is by far the best. You try the commercial electric from Home Depot or the waygo nuts, ideal wire nuts all of them just don’t seem to hold the wire firmly. I work with outside electrical most of the time and all of these other wire nuts fail and don’t hold up over time with our humidity but these hold up and don’t losen. They are the most functional high quality connections you’d ever want.

Easily the Best Wire Nut/Connectors Made. 10/10
Professional grade. We used these in the electrical trade so, naturally, when I used all of mine up doing stuff around the house it was an easy go-to for ordering more. They're slightly higher price but well worth the premium. The threads bite and hold the wire inside every time w/o fail. Some of the cheaper ones can sometimes not bite well enough and could lead to issues that you'll need to track down later (at best). The wings on the sides allow you to get better torque to twist wires together for more positive connectivity. The insulation skirt is great for providing that little bit of extra safety buffer to the exposed wires inside. I wish all items I buy had this obvious of a front runner in terms of quality products. This is one of those items that, if you never try anything else, you won't know how great they are because they just work every time and stay where you put them. Once you use inferior wire nuts, you'll understand the value of these. Is it possible to be in love with a wire nut? lol

I love these nuts
I had bought a container of 1000 of these wire nuts years ago and have used them extensively in my job of heating and cooling repair. I love these nuts. :D They work very well with many different sizes and types of wire from stranded 10 gauge to solid 22 gauge and any mix thereof. They hold tight and grip well and the blue rubber skirt gives extra protection against shorting and electrocution. They easily screw onto various sizes of wires and come off again cleanly if needed. Made by 3M so the expected quality is there and they hold up well in all climates from 112º to -10º, from the blistering sun to the damp crawl space under an 80 year old 3 bedroom. When I started to run out a couple of months ago I went looking for more only to find that I could not buy them anywhere local. Was facing the prospect of having to use those inferior cheap plastic wire nuts that I have come to hate for their ability to rip the small wires in two under their caps and their equally frustrating ability to not screw onto the big wires no matter how hard I tried to get them to "take".Went looking online for these wire nuts and found them on Amazon. Bought two boxes hoping they were the same quality wire nuts that I had bought nearly a decade ago and waited for them to arrive. Two days later I received them and opened the box, I was elated to discover that yes, they are the same product that I have come to love and that the price was reasonable for such a fine piece of workmanship. Don't laugh, you cannot understand what its like to crawl under a house at 2 am on Christmas eve, dragging your tool bag behind you as you inch your way towards the non-functional furnace that is sitting 40 feet away from the entrance, only to discover that the crappy wire nuts you have in your tool bag will not screw onto the wires and now you have to crawl back out for more and redo it all again. Let me just say that I have probably invented a few new words as I made that trek.Long story short, these wire nuts from 3M just work. I will be buying a few more boxes.
