It is easily adjustable for comfort. Provides good compression and support to my injured thumb.
I sprained my thumb socket by accidentally over extending it. This product is rigid enough to prevent painful extension of my thumb (upwards movement) while still allowing me to use my thumb to type, do light duty tasks, etc. It is easy to put and easy to remove it I need to wash my hands, etc. I even sleep with it on. Thanks for making this excellent product.

Happy
This item was exactly what I was looking for. It is made of very comfortable and breathable material. I have purchased it twice: one for my mother-in-law and another for a friend. The quality is good; I would definitely buy it again for myself if needed.

Effective
I'm a writer who works from home all day, so I naturally spend a lot of time typing. Lately, my job's been quite repetitive and I ended up overusing my thumb, causing what I presume is tendonitis in a hand that already has some carpal tunnel issues.I purchased this product previously for a similar reason and lost it during a move, so I knew it was effective for treating my issues. In fact, after my most recent purchase, it helped make the bulk of the pain fade after only a single night sleeping with this on.I have fairly large hands, but the S/M version of this glove fits well. That said, it can feel a little tight sometimes, especially if I want to try to immobilize my thumb as much as possible, but it's not super uncomfortable. It's also thin and flexible enough so that I can work while wearing the glove without making many mistakes (other than the odd typo), so I can easily wear it throughout the day, too.All in all, it's a great product with the only downsides being extremely nitpicky and subjective.

Must Have In Your Brace Stash
First time I needed this was from catching construction materials being dropped from one story up. Gravity did it's thing and pulled back my thumb. Took a year to recover since I still had to use my thumb for the trade. This fits nicely under work gloves by the way.Fast forward 4 years and I'm using it again. This time I did something weird to my thumb at the gym. Didn't bug me before bed, but the pain woke me up at 3am. Managed the pain with therapy, and in the morning dug this out of my closet. That loose vulnerable feeling you have when taking off any type of brace went away. It definitely feels supported. Will only use it at work or the gym, otherwise mobility would be my thumb's best therapy. I have seemingly large hands, but not basketball player's hands. At the time only a S/M was available and it fits perfect. If it were larger, I think there'd be a lot of slack at the straps and would be bulkier.

Comfortable, but not durable.
Overall this is a decent brace, it's supportive and reasonably good at immobilizing the thumb, without being too restrictive. The material is comfortable, including for all-day wearing. It's particularly good at being comfortable across the web of the thumb between the index finger, without being restrictive. It's been helpful for reducing the pain I've been having in my right CMC joint from a severe tendonitis and arthritis flare-up. I also love the fact the metal stays are above and below the flex point of the thumb joint, so you don't get pressure on the thumb when you bend your thumb. I've tried other braces that have a single stay over the thumb joint and found them very uncomfortable.Where it falls a bit short is the gray lining is not well adhered to the perforated black neoprene outer material, already separating in less than two weeks of daily wear. I'd say this lining should have either been glued better and/or also sewn in place to prevent this from happening. Also, being a universal fit, the wrist strap is absurdly oversized and clearly was made to accommodate people with obese wrists/forearms. Would be better if they chopped off like four inches, esp. since the strap stretches a lot when wrapping it around the wrist.

Fits well and is sturdy
Nicer product and lower priced that what I found at the local pharmacy. Haven't had it long enough to help my issue yet however.

Buy this
This is exactly what I needed to heal. Perfect support without the need to keep readjusting. And it is sturdy without feeling bulky. I was able to wear this during work, workout, etc and didn't feel restriction in motion. But my sprained thumb didn't feel overworked/over extended which is exactly what I needed.

So much better than the brace ortho gave me!
My orthopedic doctor gave me a $248 (copay $35) brace that went from my elbow to the base of my fingers, all to restrict just the movement of my thumb. :/ This $10 brace is so much better! It allows a lot of flexibility with the rest of my hand and is very comfortable! Can’t speak to the durability of it yet, but seems well made.
