Purchased 2, only one holds a charge
I purchased two of these batteries 2-months ago. I have used them twice. One battery works fine, the second one only holds half a charge (indicator window) and dies very fast. There is mention of a 180-day exchange but nowhere on any of their sites can I find a way to contact them.Company reached out and promptly replaced the faulty battery. All good now

A huge upgrade.
Lots of power, much better than my tired old NiCad battery pack. Charges fine on my two-station charger. For some reason, my clamshell chargers, which I have several, no longer work, neither on this new battery nor on my older batteries. I like the charge-level lights on this new battery.
