They both work great. The vehicle is a 2010 Dodge Journey
Ordered two of these to keep a backup. The Dodge dealer wanted $263 per fob. Certifed locksmith Automotive technician programed them for $32. He had trouble at first, stating that they would not accept programing, but called his technical support line, who gave him a tip, he went back to work and finished both of them in abou ten minutes. They both work great. The vehicle is a 2010 Dodge Journey.

Worked like a charm
2011 Dodge Caravan. When I got the car, the old fob was basically just a big key. Tried changing the battery, checked the circuit board for any glaring issues, even cleaned and re-coated the contacts but no joy. Knowing the dealer prices for a new fob to be laughably high, decided to get the hardware myself and just pay for the programming. The reviews on a lot of the cheaper deals (the 2 for 20's) were pretty mixed, so I decided to pay more for the OEM. Some of the places that do key programming will charge you whether or not the fob works, so I considered this a worthwhile investment.I'd read that locksmiths often provided competitive pricing for the programming service, and many will come right to you. Local dealer quoted me $65 for the programming, I also shopped around at a few locations and actually found the smiths to be charging more, in some cases a lot more (like $120 at one place). That said, for some reason a lot of folks had trouble understanding that I already had the key fob and just needed it programmed, no matter how many times I explained it. So it's possible some of those prices were also including the fob, who knows.Anyhow, the dealership rate wasn't too bad and I went with it. The key took to the programming and has worked well ever since, about 1mo so far. Major quality of life upgrade not having to unlock a door with a key just to press the unlock button!

They work!
I accidentally washed my husbands truck keys and brought them to their death. My husband is a 10 year diesel mechanic and told me that this wouldn’t work- only a $200 OEM one would. I felt like I owed him new keys, but I couldn’t afford an OEM key. Bought these and hoped and prayed. They work awesome!!!!! My husband had to program them at work, so unless you know a guy, it may cost a little money to do that, but I’m so glad I bought these and ignored my husband ;) these keys have lasted about 1.5 years so far with no problem.

Couldn’t be more satisfied.
Couldn’t be happier with this product, looks exactly like the OEM fob that came with the vehicle, and does everything the OEM fob does, just doesn’t see “RAM” on the back. The price of the fob and getting it programmed and having the emergency key cut at my local dealer came to about $80, TOTAL, the dealership quoted me 220 for a fob from them. So you do the math.

Professional quality purchase
The item arrived in a timely manner. The key fob is of the highest quality. As a matter of fact, I use it as my main key fob instead of a back-up like I planned. I searched around for lock-Smith to program it and the prices varied from $150.00 - $120.00 just to program the fob, and another $35.00 to cut the key. I finally contacted a local mobil lock-Smith and offered to pay $50.00 to program the fob and they agreed to my price.I went to a local Lowe's hardware store, and had the key cut for less than $10.00I went to the seller's web site to get instructions for program the fob myself, but the instructions were not available for my vehicle. All in all, I am highly satisfied with this product and recommend this seller's key fob and support guidelines.

Look to another product this is a cheap, way lasted 3 long months before it crumbled.
Lasted 3 months before rubber tore up.I did take the factory component. The part that unlock, locks and remote start is a thin poping foil on the back. These have fallen off and cause doors to lock sporadically.Check out Duracell brand much better

Used to replace a 2009 Ram key fob, works PERFECT
My 09 Dodge Ram key fob stopped working, again. I’ve had to fix the buttons coming loose inside many times before but this time it was the circuit board . I bought this fob and took it to a local locksmith in Louisville. After 2-3 minutes they were done programming it and only charged $53. Works perfect,no complications and no more setting off my alarm to unlock my truck.
