Wife and kids like to leave our old phone outside overnight in the rain and dropped it a bunch of times. This phone is exactly what we needed since we can't break the bad habits. My youngest child likes to use it in the tub and talk to me under water. This thing is awsome.

I've been due for a new phone for some time. This phone has excellent sound quality and despite it's ruggedness, it's lightweight. I like the look of it too. Would definitely recommend!

The item didn't have a cord with it and it looks like it was returned before.

Installed this for a client who is a general contractor, placed it is in his workshop so far so good.

I had this phone less than a year & one day it just went dead. Checked everything on the wall, the phone line etc & no problem. Maybe the battery? Took out warranty when purchased; wrote to the company never heard back. Tried calling &. Number unfuntional. Not a cheap phone & very disappointed.

i have broken the belt clip twice wished it was replacable
