Not as small as you'd hope. Over priced
It is small compared to others. I would like one even smaller, such as 9mm inside diameter and shorter.Quite annoyed I paid 273AED and even before it was delivered the price was then lowered to 149AED!!!

Exactly what I needed
I already had a keychain pill bottle but it's huge. I wanted something I could use as a necklace to carry 1 or 2 pills in case I forget to take my meds. This isn't small and dainty, but it is perfect for what I needed. I took off the keyring and threaded a string through it and voila, perfect. It actually holds 3 pills which works for me and it's not much bigger than the necklace I already wear every day so it works very well. No more forgetting the pills.

Doesn’t Fit Aspirin
The item is certainly attractive and seems durable however it is too small to hold Bayer Aspirin. Since I had purchased it for this purpose it isn’t very useful to me. Be aware if you planned on keeping aspirin in this.
