For these silicone baking sheets being "non-stick", these sure do keep everything they can attached.I started with my tried and true macaroon recipe, which I have made on parchment 100 times without issue. I had been looking for an easier way to get them to be more uniform and thought this would be the perfect solution. WRONG!I put the batter on the silicone sheet cooked as usual and the batter spread and cooked all together making all one cookie, and when I tried to remove them from the silicone sheet they all stuck and refused to be removed. It took me soaking the silicon mats for 30 minutes in boiling water, in order to get everything scrubbed off of them.I tried twice to use these and neither time did they release the macaroons with ease! I have since thrown these away and took the learned lesson to trace circles on parchment and rely on tried and true methods rather than the "easier softer way" which for this baker did not work.

Love this - actually can't make the macaroon without it - so very useful.

Macarons are inherently finicky. This mat lets you make the shells for 2 dozen macarons at a time which is great. They are a little small however. If you bake them properly and cool them enough they don't stick. If they do, you can peel off the mat by folding it over from the underneth. Overall happy with product. Will order more. Recommend.

This isn't as good as a regular silpat. The macarons stuck in the circles. It worked better on the reverse side.

Space between are too small. Macarons comes out tiny. Macarons looks good if it is 2 inch size. Instead of 48 space it would be good for 34.
