Q: Will the TS30 working for testing digital phone lines ?

It depends on what you mean by digital... The most important part is how is your dialtone generated. ATT, Spectrum, etc are transmitted digitally, but when it reaches your building it is converted to analog signal. This butt set will work great for these lines. IF your telephone lines interface with a telephone server which controls all telephone extensions... it is converted to an internal digital signal and only the telephones attached to your system can use this dialtone. IN this case, the TS30 will not work. I have one and use it almost daily for telephone diagnostics when checking dialtone from the service provider. Hope this helps! Rus

Q: What is the difference between the Angled Bed-of-Nails Clips and the Piercing Pin Clips

Bed of nails is for testing tone on a UTP (universal twisted pair) and the clip is for doing a point of contact test on a jack or punch down block

Q: Is the cord removable like it is on the TS19 model?

No it cannot be removed unless you open up the head set and even then probably not.
