I’ve used plenty of hair extensions and this one was NOT worthy. I needed it for a wedding the next day. I tried to wash based on the package instructions and that’s where it all went left. Puffffffffff and now I’m left with a huge ball of hair. Never been one of the Amazon reviewer with a back experience. But i guess there’s a first for everything. The packaging says 100% refund or replacement within 45 days…. But there isn’t and email on the packaging. I also messaged the seller, so hopefully i get a response.

It was longer than I preferred. Unfortunately, I cannot evaluate its use so I rated it a 4.

Ehh its not worth buying. I used it and made it work but definitely not worth the price. Mine came with nots and tangles like it was already used so I just decided to comb it out into a fro. It was cute but it sheded bad. Definitely returning.

Pony was too long so I cut it shoulder length to fit my face.
