Very good Home Theater PC keyboard
This is a very good keyboard for use with a home theater PC. It's not meant for touch typing, but it's compact so that it fits easily on an end table.PROs:- Compact- Easier to type on than a mini-remote keyboard- Excellent trackball functionality, including a scroll wheel- Convenient media buttons for video, volume, and browsingCONs:- Lack of a SHIFT button for the right hand (I would have preferred if the inconveniently placed Delete button should be shift, and Fn+Backspace was Delete.)- The top-side (especially the music) buttons can be hit inadvertently when holding the keyboard (common while watching TV). I wish that the side buttons were down and inboard just a little.- Too small for real touch typingDespite the minor CONs, I would still recommend this keyboard. I would buy it again, because there is no other keyboard that is as conveniently sized with good mouse and media functionality.

Cheap and Easy to Use Wireless Keyboard
This is a perfect keyboard to use in a home theater or on the couch. Its very light weight so that is something to be mindful of but it can be a plus!Like the other reviews say the side buttons are very trigger happy and will get pressed if you pick it up a certain way. Just be mindful of how you pick it up.Overall the keyboard is a great starter keyboard. I would probably buy something else for long term use but this works great!

range is lacking
i received this today and overall its a great keyboard, perfect size, rollerball mouse everything was good. the reason for 3 stars was the range is lacking. im going to mess around with this and possibly rate higher if i can get it to work from my couch while connected to my media center pc.

Small but with many features for media control
I needed a small keyboard for my mini pc. I use my mini pc for an additional monitor for media, entertainment and personal stuff while still having my main 2 monitors for work.I can keep the small keyboard in a drawer, it’s pretty small but the keys have a nice size.It does have more functions than just a keyboard, when watching a movie, I can control the volume, skip and stop functions. It also comes with other shortcut keys, mainly to manage documents.I’m pretty happy with it, easy to use and light weight.

Does not work on mac and battery issues, and connection issues, no recharge
I tried a number of amazon batteries fully charged. Still had issues. I could not get it to work on my mac. It worked on a windows laptop but disconnected and the trackball barely worked. It has no rechargeable battery. That is an industry standard. I should not have too check if it has a rechargeable battery. It should be able to be powered by recharge batteries since it doesnt have one. No cable? What year is it? No BT but I did want wifi, BT would at least allow me to try another method of connection since there is no cable. Terrible keyboard

Better than I thought - with one glaring deficiency.
Home multimedia system keyboardPros:- Excellent range, special keys work well with windows & linux- Lightweight, long battery lifeExtra Bonus! There are mouse buttons on the top left & right corners (not shown in the photos). This makes it very convenient to use the trackball with your right thumb and use left & right index fingers to trigger mouse buttons. These are in addition to the mouse buttons below the roller.Cons:Huge one - to press Escape you have to hold down the Fn key and press the ` key. Escape is so commonly used this is a crazy oversight. If there were a way to remap the almost-never-used capslock button to be Escape I'd be very, very happy. There's a strange hole on the bottom, just below the power switch. There's no explanation for it.

More awesome than I thought it would be.
I wanted a small keyboard and mouse combo that I can throw in a bag and take with me when I do presentations so I can control my computer at a distance. This thing is perfect for that. I also have used it at work for a break from my typical mouse and keyboard. I have carpal tunnel and switching up how my hands move on occasion helps to prevent the strain of a day's work. I love that I can control the mouse and type at a distance. It is a little thick to be completely portable, but my electronics bag is already massive considering what I have to take for a presentation, so I am not at all concerned about a little extra space taken in the bag. I can suggest improvements. Having a more standard keyboard layout would be great. It is a bit of a learning curve for touch typing. A rechargeable battery would be great. Thinner would also be an improvement. Backlights for dark presentations would also be amazing, and of course bluetooth. Seriously, if this keyboard had all of that, it would be unstoppable and my go-to keyboard for everything. The trackball/rollerball mouse is such an improvement over trackpads that are difficult to click when they are not on a table. I actually like that the keyboard doesn't fold as the folding ones I have had in the past are nearly impossible to use without a hard surface to place them on. When I present, I am up and walking around the room. This keyboard makes that possible and I can still control the computer if I have a hard surface or not.
