So disappointed… for the amount of money they’re selling this thing for, I might as well have just bought Apple headphones, because they’re better quality than this.Zero volume control, so good luck talking to anyone soft spoken.Yes, the mic spins in a full circle.. so you can spin it all the way around.. not sure what good that does, 90 degrees would’ve sufficed. Should’ve invested in maneuver ability in adjusting it closer/further from your mouth, because I’m always being told it either sound like I’m eating the mic everytime I pronunciation or I sound like I have the phone set down on speaker and I’m talking from the other room.I got the wrong instruction manual, the material pieces to fit over the ear parts, and didn’t receive the hook it’s supposed to include!LMAO DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS! I’d call it ‘complete garbage’ but that wouldn’t be fair, because I didn’t get all the pieces..

I like that it's easy to setup and is clear to the caller. I purchased two of these for myself and a co- worker to use with the Cisco 8811 model phone at work. My hope is that there are no functionality issues months from now as there's no warranty. However, I'm very pleased with the purchase.

Purchased a couple of these for use in the office and they work as we had hoped.
