It’s an idea and it works for my wife. It was bought for me while I workout but I measured like it said to, I suggest to order one size bigger. This company is great and they thrive to much each of their customers happy and comfortable. They replaced my sleeves with a size up just to make me a satisfied customer and they did a great job. I just wished that every other company was concerned about their customers like this. Keep up the good work.

I was expecting more support from them. It is like wearing a tight long sleeve shirt. Do it has minimal support for the elbows......UPDATE worked with customer service and they sent me another one. The new one they sent me has kept its support after multiple uses and washes!

I was suffering from acute elbow joint pain. I could hardly lift anything with my right arm. Ordered this elbow brace in a size medium after measuring per instructions. It came fast and fit perfectly. With ice treatments and use of this brace my elbow joint is feeling much better. Highly recommend! True to size and comfortable to wear.

I have tendinitis is both elbows, i working out now and tried a couple sets where i would get it and NO STOPPING ME NOW!

These work great.They have great compression on the joints. Be sure to measure the crease of your elbow to determine what size you'll need.I needed a Medium, this is what I got. They help me out with my workouts as well as help with the pain.I can't leave them on for a long period of time because they do cut the circulation off a little and make my hands hurt some, I find myself adjusting them a little here and there to get the circulation back in my hands otherwise I get throbbing in the hands from lack of blood flow.But it's better than my joints hurting..
