LICHIFIT Gearshift to USB Adapter DIY Replacement Cable for Logitech G29 to USB Modification Parts

The adapter worked perfectly without any issue. Plug and play, no driver needed. Using on my G27 shifter and is easily picked up by American Truck Simulator.

Windows 10, Thrustmaster wheel, Logitech gear shift. You plug this USB/Serial adapter, Windows downloads the driver. Works great. You will see the shifter as a separate gaming device. One tip: to go in reverse, push down on the shifter then it will shift to reverse. I have used it successfully with BeamNG, American Truck Simulator, City Car Driving, Forza Horizon 4. I'd imagine, since the device is seen as a separate gaming controller, it would work with anything compatible with a shifter.

Stopped working after a couple of months

I don't use this often, but when I do, the gearshift "just works." It could not be simpler to install and use...plug shifter into adapter. Plug adapter into PC. Map your new gear buttons in your racing game.

Works great!! Easy plug and play. A little too expensive for what it is. (Used on logitech shifter to pc)

I used this it worked but I returned the wheel because sim racing wasn’t for me

The item lasted till day 2 before my pc did not detect the device being plugging in so I opened it up and started probing the end of the usb cable and where the wires connect to the pcb and I found out there was some kind of break on the positive wire. The wire basicially crumbled in my hand after pulling it out of the cover. Although the product works fairly well, I would not recommend buying it unless you are willing to open the converter up and replace the usb cable with one that will not crumble in a few days.
