I had ordered these once before in July from Amazon. They were delicious. Was not so lucky with the bottle I received today. I was repulsed the moment I popped two gummies in my my mouth. Strong , bitter, toxic chemical taste. Wow. My mouth was actually numb, even though I spit them out instantly. Tasted like poison . The expiration date said 2/26. I smelled the bottle and felt nauseous. Very STRANGE CHEMICAL SMELL. These things weren't stale - it was something else.I'm so sure that had I swallowed those gummies - Id be in a hospital right now.Just check them before you put them in your mouth. Smell the bottle. Never had an experience like this before buying from Amazon. Hope to never again .I contacted an agent via chat who refunded the purchase price.

These vitamins are great. They taste great they have a higher amount of each ingredient than most gummies. The first problem is when you put it in your cart the price goes up every few minutes that you don't finalize the sale. Then if you remove it and wait a day it goes back down. Super jerk move. But if you just buy them right after adding them to your cart you're fine. The other issue is the huge amount of biotin. Its a LOT of this ingredient and it can make you a little greasy and may Effect your stomach and bowels. but it is the magic that helps hair skin and nails. I may alternate this gummie with the regular women's gummie each day to counter the very small side effects I'm expieriencing. But after one month I'm gonna say I see a Positive difference already.

It's a good multivitamin especially for us women with skin, hair, nails issues it helps brittle nails.
