When buying it, I was sceptical whether this will work. I bought it primarily for children. I have tried so many different probiotics for them, even switched to kafir yogurt. And yes, this one did the job, they were on quite a lot of antibiotics, to bring back the healthy gut bacteria is a challenge.It's a worthy for money product.

seems to have live culture, not sure if all the listed bacteria are alive, but the product does affect the digestion. How effective these are - will update.

This is the first probiotic which has passed the curd test .This means it will give lots of benefits. I have used coconut milk and two capsules with which curd was formed .Thanks for making this available in India .

I tried even have 2 per day, didn't work. I usually take darolac or other brands which work for me.This one is packed well and got good deal on bottle, but unfortunately it didn't work for me. The only way I know that if a probiotic works for me or not, is based on how healthy my gut is the next morning and the gut comfort it gives overall.

Of the whole pack, i have consumed 10 capsules. The formulation is so bad, that it starts causing tummy trouble right away. Nothing good to say. It causes indigestion, bloating and constipation. Stopped taking, everything went back to normal. I cannot say, if it is their high dosage or the ingredient. The capsule doesn't work.
