These are tablets that are meant to be chewed and are made out of quail eggs. There is a scientific reason for this that I've forgotten. In any case, they work. I take them about twice a day and goodbye to congestion.

My functional medicine doctor prescribed this for my springtime seasonal flare of joint pain, fatigue, and skin rash. This product works well. But there should be a warning on it. Contains xylitol. Which is dangerous to dogs. Causes death in dogs nearly one hundred percent of the time. Drop one on the floor, and you must find it immediately if you have a dog.

UPDATE: I'm still taking these pills 5 years later in 2025. Still work. 2-3 times a day.I absolutely LOVE these pills.The taste is delicious.The pills work within 15 mins and work for 6 hours for me. I take 2 pills three times a day.I've been on these for 6 months now for my allergies to dust mites, seasonal stuff and cats.I recommend them to all my friends. My quality of life has drastically improved, no more coughing or sore throat during covid which is peace of mind.
